What
is the Background on David W. Flack?
 David Flack is a native of San Antonio, Texas, who offers professional
results coaching, consultation and facilitation to healthy individuals & growing
organizations who want to accelerate their success & sustain
their profitability in dollars, relationships, communication, and
personal productivity.
His first entrepreneurial foray was in 1975, creating his own consulting
practice, which is now known as David Flack – The Accelerator
Coach, offering consultation, coaching, executive and organizational
development. David has worked in or with over 40 different industries
and business sectors, from mortgage banking to yacht sales, and
has extensive certification in personality and communication assessments
and corporate coaching workshops and seminars. He is also on the
Board of Directors of Stone Oak Rotary Club of San Antonio (Rotarian
of the Year), the past president of the San Antonio Professional
Coaches Association (SAPCA), and past president of the San Antonio
chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
As a consultant and coach, David assists busy professionals and
executives who want to fully integrate their work and home lives,
with greater
fulfillment and purpose. He believes the client already has the “answers,” and
just needs the unconditional endorsement, big requests and personal
accountability his coaching provides. He can work with both professional
and personal issues by establishing focus to discover possibilities
through powerful questioning technologies, bringing out workable,
actionable strategies (not just “talk”) that remove
barriers to meaningful achievement and peace of mind.
